This workshop includes practical cupping exercises, exploration of origin profiles and a guide to train your senses through fruits, spices and preparation methods. • Brewing Methods Workshop: Discover the art of preparing the perfect coffee by exploring different brewing methods such as Chemex, V60, French press and more. In this workshop you will learn the history, technique and secrets to highlight the unique flavors of each origin, along with practical tips to replicate the experience at home. • Interactive Coffee Rides: Live a unique experience cycling through the majestic landscapes of Quindío, while immersing yourself in the fascinating world of coffee. During these routes, you will visit coffee farms, interact with coffee pickers and discover the coffee process from its origin, all in the midst of an incomparable natural environment.
